NewTek TalkShow Expands Possibilities for Election Coverage
NewTek’s TalkShow video calling system is being used in Spain to enable journalists, experts and analysts from across the self-governing region of Andalusia to offer daily video analysis of the recent election campaign. Leading Spanish newspaper, El Pais, enlisted TalkShow as one of the key tools in publishing high quality video interviews and reports from remote locations for its digital edition. TalkShow received and processed video from Skype interviews on webcams, and that video was input to a TriCaster Mini where graphics were produced and added and final editing was done for each content package. LIVE! Audiovisual, the Spanish production services provider and reseller, managed the project.
